Forms to Access Funding
Logan PTSO funding request forms for the 2025–2026 school year.
PTSO funding can be accessed in a few ways, as outlined below. Note that we are transitioning to a fully electronic process, where requests are submitted via an online form and then a photo or screenshot of the associated invoice or receipt is sent to logan.ptso.treas@gmail.com. Once these steps are completed, please allow 10 days for PTSO to review and issue the payment.
Funding Request Options & Forms
1. PTSO Funding Request
For school events, field trips, special classes, library, art, music and P.E. supplies, and more.

2. Teacher Voucher Funding Request
Each full-time classroom teacher is eligible for $300 per school year.
Use this voucher in one of two ways:
- Reimbursement: Make your purchase and submit receipts for reimbursement.

Direct Payment: Send us links to the items you’d like to order, and we’ll purchase them for you.
If ordering from Amazon, you may send us product links or a wishlist — we have a nonprofit, tax-exempt account for purchases.

3. PTSO Grant Proposal
Have an idea for a special project or program that could benefit students or the school? Submit a proposal for consideration! All proposals will be reviewed by Principal Wright and the PTSO, and approved projects will receive funding.

To help us process all fund requests efficiently, please make sure to email us any necessary invoices or receipts after submitting your form. This allows us to follow up with you more promptly.
